We are looking for a new member of our small team to run and manage our Cranleigh plastic-free and waste-free shop. General duties include the management and running of the shop and our volunteers on a daily basis, including the opening and closing. The position is salaried and full-time and would suit someone who is organised, reliable, great with people, hard-working and has a hands-on, “sleeves rolled up” type of approach. Retail experience would be beneficial as is an understanding of sustainability and the value of reducing our carbon footprint. Hi looking for a part time position and saw this. I love your store and am passionate about the ethics behind it. I love customer service and am definitely hands on sleeves rolled up kind of person, I’ve not had much retail experience but did work as a team member at Tesco Express in Billingshurst for several years and have been a team leader at a local telecoms company. Just wondering if there is likely to be any other opportunities of a part time nature?
