Cooking Instructions
Our Spanakopita / Greek Feta & Spinach Pie is best cooked from frozen.
If possible, cook the pie whole - if there's not enough room in your oven then snap pie in half (on a hard surface).
Crack egg, whisk lightly and brush over the top of the pie.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds (approx half teaspoon of each).
Put into a preheated oven (180 C) and cook for 40-45 mins until beautifully golden and smells divine!
