online SHOP

Welcome to our new For Earth’s Sake Online Shop.

You can now order online most of the vast range of things we sell in our Cranleigh shop, from jams and tins of tomatoes through dried pasta, nuts and fruits to our household cleaners and much more!

You can collect your shopping or get it delivered. THERE WILL BE NO PLASTIC.

Most importantly, FIRST check if we deliver to your postcode - GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, RH4, RH5, RH12, RH13 & RH14.

Click the Green Button below and you go straight to the Online Shop.

First you will see a list of categories and on the right an arrow that can be clicked to expand the category and give you a full listing our goods available.

Or you can search for an item by name using the "Search for product" near the top of the page.

Finally go to your basket and complete your checkout. You can either opt for delivery to your home or workplace, or you can collect from our Cranleigh High Street shop. If you are opting for delivery then please ensure you put in your postcode with the usual gap, ie GU6 8AU. Any problems have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions below or if you are still having problems ring us on 01483 497268.

By clicking the link below you will be redirected to our secure Online Shop - you will see in the address bar https://forearthssake.touchtakeaway.net/menu and at the front an icon of a locked padlock.

Online shop faqs

Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to the following postcodes GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, RH4, RH5, RH12, RH13 & RH14.

Q. I have a postcode in an area you deliver to though your Online Shop says you do not deliver to me. What shall I do?
A. Check that you have put your full postcode in including the gap, ie GU6 8AU. Without a gap the system will not recognise a valid postcode even if we deliver to it.

Q. Why do some of your items have drop-down menus?
A. As we may sell several different varieties of a product from the same producer we distinguish between these varieties using a drop-down menu (ie Debbie's Jams & Debbie's Chutneys). Simply pick the variety of the item you want.

Q. I see some of your products indicate they contain allergens. How do I check what allergens these are?
A. If you click on the red allergens text a box will open which states which allergens are in the product described. Naturally our dispensers need to be refilled regularly and we take care to minimise cross-contanimation as part of this process, though we cannot guarantee no cross-contanimation.

Q. Is your selection of fruit and vegetables fresh and organic?
A. Yes. We receive a delivery of our fabulous and organic fruit and vegetables each Wednesday, so all fruit and veg will be very fresh. We are also concerned about air miles and our carbon footprint so, where possible, we source locally within the UK, and further afield within Europe. For a limited number of fresh fruits and vegetables, like bananas, we source from other countries, though always with an understanding of air miles and our customers' wishes.

Q. Can I order online and collect my shopping rather than have a delivery?
A. Yes you certainly can, and you can specify what day you want to collect your order too (apart from Sunday). When ordering there is a drop-down menu under Delivery which allows you to choose Collection and then choose the day you wish to collect your shopping

Q. Is there a minimum order value for Delivery?
A. There is a minimum order value of £20 for Delivery. There is no minimum for Collection from the shop.

Q. Is there a Packing Charge? Is there a Delivery Charge?
A. Yes, there is a £1 Eco Packing Charge for shopping and packing on all orders. If you choose a delivery then a flat Eco Delivery Charge of £3 is added at checkout.

Q. What days do you deliver?
A. We currently deliver on a Thursday only, between 9am and 9pm. As the number of orders increase we will add more delivery days.

Q. Are your deliveries socially distanced?
A. Yes. We adhere to current guidelines and best practice and place your shopping on your doorstep, inside your porch or in a suitable location.

Q. Can I get a time slot?
A. We will try to email you on Wednesday night / Thursday morning with an approximate AM / PM / Eve slot.

Q. When can I place an order?
A. Our Online Shop is open 24/7 so you can place an order which would be delivered the following Thursday.

Q. How late on a Wednesday can I place an order for Delivery?
A. Any orders received by us up until 2pm on a Wednesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Q. How late can I place an order for Collection?
A. Orders received by us up until 2pm can be collected from us from the following day. Any orders received after 2pm on a Friday can be collected from the Monday.

Q. If I have no empty containers what happens then?
A. Any dispenser dry goods will be in paper bags and any dispenser liquids will be in our 750ml (99p) or 500ml (85p) bottles.

Q. Can I drop off clean, empty dry containers at the shop for my next online shop?
A. Yes, we will keep your containers and use them for your next online shop / delivery. Please indicate on each container what you want us to fill them with.

Q. I want to shop online with you regularly and use my own containers. Can I do this?
A. Absolutely. We will pick up your containers at the same time we do a delivery, so it is best to have two sets of containers if possible.

Q. If I get stuck whilst doing my online shop can I contact you for help?
A. Absolutely. Simply call our shop on 01483 497268 during our shop opening hours and we will assist over the phone. You can also email us at info @ forearthssake.co.uk.

Q. I like to visit the shop to do my shopping. Will offering deliveries change the hours I can shop?
A. No, our Cranleigh High Street shop will be open its normal scheduled opening hours.

Q. How are your deliveries made?
A. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, and in most cases will be delivering using our Electric Van or Electric Car.
